[Done] phpBB update to 3.0.2

Apparently phpBB decided to release 3.0.2, so I'll have to spend some time updating the forum. Same process as last time. I'll update all the files, then work on the templates with Lavender_Dreams being the first template done, then I'll work on the other two available when I can. I will post again once the update is done.

Update complete, only Lavender_Dreams has been updated, I'll get the other two themes in my spare time. Updating the forum itself was a pain because there are so many changes. -_-

Alright, knocked off the override since there really isn't that much of a difference needed for the update.
