General RulesYou must abide by these rules or you can face warnings and/or possible bans. Normally, I will go by a three strike, your out system. Each warning will last up to 90 days before those are gone. Depending on severity of the rule being broken, that can face an immediate ban rather than the warning system.
- There will be no hentai to be posted on the forum. I do not wish to do that, but to not risk my account from getting suspended, any images posted that are hentai related will be deleted. Links, however, will be allowed but you must say whether or not it is hentai. Failing to do that will have your post deleted. ^Top
- There is to be no flaming other people on this forum. Flame wars and similar things must be kept off this forum, and if you must discuss things between the two of you, then please do so by PM. You will be warned by staff first; failing to abide will result in a temporary 1 day to 1 week ban. ^Top
- I will be a little less tolerant of swearing, but overuse of them could result in a censor system being put into place. So, you can use them, but please, do not use them excessively. You will be asked by someone on the forum staff to tone it down if you begin to be out of control. Failing to listen to staff will result in a warning and a possible ban of around 5 days. ^Top
- There is to be absolutely NO material that is offensive to religious beliefs, political acts, or anything similar. I will not tolerate such content and it will be immediately deleted. You will only get one warning for this offense. Any further will give you a month ban or longer if necessary. ^Top
- Spam won't be tolerated at all. If you are caught spamming (unless specified by the board itself), your post will be edited by a Moderator or Administrator and notified of your actions. Failing to abide by this rule will have your account temporarily banned for up to 7 days. This also includes posts that only have one word in them. Responses like those are typically useless and need not be posted. Posts permitted will have an admin or mod edit saying so. ^Top
- Warez, or illegal programs or illegal posts that contains illegal copyrighted material, is prohibited throughout this forum. This is only due to the hosting Terms of Service, so I can't allow it to be posted here. This includes, but not limited to, scans of manga, copyrighted images from paysites, illegal posting of programs, and the liking.
Exception: Manga and/or Doujins that would otherwise not be available in the US, may be allowed as long as it is not licensed by a US company. ^Top - This is very similar to the warez rule just above. I do not allow links to songs to be posted on this forum as it does infringe on copyrighted material. These include links to sites like Gendou and torrent sites. Anyone caught posting will have their post edited by a staff member. Repeated offenses will cause a post removal and a possible posting suspension for up to 2-3 days. Any further mishaps will get you banned from the forum permanently. ^Top
- Please be active on the forum by posting once every 3 months or so... Inactive accounts will be deleted after 3 months of inactivity to get rid of any inactive people. What good is a forum with a lot of users who don't post?
Staff do get a break from this rule. Another way to get around it is to donate to either hinarei for 2kochan, or myself for improvements on the forum for certain activities. ^Top - THERE WILL BE NO CHILD PORN AT ALL ON THIS FORUM! Post it, you will be permanently banned, your ISP notified, authorities will be notified, and I will do everything I can to get you busted for it. I will also ban you from other sites I hold power to, and I will also notify some friends of mine to get you banned from those too. Zero tolerance rule. ^Top

Forum Rules- If you are caught attacking someone on the forum staff, you will face only 1 warning by an administrator. However, if you continue to attack the staff, you will risk being permanently banned from the forum. ^Top
- No one is allowed to ask for custom ranks. Administrators are allowed to give out custom ranks at their own discretion when and if needed.
If you ask for a custom rank, chances are you will not receive one and your chances of earning a rank will be lower. ^Top - No one is allowed a modification of their post counts. They are not there to show popularity or just to get to a post-count specific forum. It's just a number that shows how many posts you've made on the forum and does not reflect anything else. ^Top

Avatars- Resolution: 100 x 100 pixels.
Example:

- Filetype: JPG, GIF, PNG ^Top
- Rules: Animated GIF's are not allowed to be used for avatars. Some tend to be distracting and/or bright colored. ^Top
If you break the rule, you will be notified by a staff member to change the avatar. If you continue to disobey the staff, you will have your avatar removed and a warning sent. Continuing to break the rule will have your avatar rights removed for up to 15 days.
The Hentai rule still applies, none is allowed.

Signatures- Resolution:The maximum resolution allowed for signatures is 600 x 200 pixels. Text is allowed in your signatures, however a maximum of 4 lines of text is allowed due to the forum layout. ^Top
If you have an image, you are allowed an extra 2 lines of text. If you do not have an image, then 4 lines is the maximum lines.
- Filesize: 150 KB ^Top
- Filetype: JPG, GIF, PNG ^Top
- Rules: Animated GIF's are not allowed. ^Top
If you break the rule, you will be notified by a staff member to change the signature and/or remove lines of text to fit the rules. If you continue to break the rule, you will have the signature removed and a warning sent to you. Any further offenses will have your signature rights removed for up to 15 days.
The Hentai rule still applies, none is allowed.

Bans- Bans are set by the discretion of an Administrator. Most bans, however, will typically last up to 10 days depending on how the rule was broken, and how often. The only exception to this is when I personally have to decide whether or not to permanently ban someone. I am the only one who is allowed to do so. ^Top
- If[/enchor] you are caught breaking a rule and are banned for it, you may NOT circumvent that ban. If you are caught doing so, not only will your IP be banned, but as well as the usernames used will be blacklisted. Plus, any emails used by those usernames will be banned as well. ^Top
